Subprocessors

Elevate Boardroom uses the service providers below to operate the Service and process customer data on our behalf. Actual AI routing is limited by the models and providers enabled for the customer's plan and environment.

Current subprocessors

Google Cloud and Firebase

Purpose: Hosting, database, private file storage, authentication, abuse prevention, logging, and Vertex AI model processing.

Data involved: Account and request metadata; company, meeting, document, and AI context when needed to provide the Service.

Anthropic

Purpose: Claude model inference through Google Vertex AI Model Garden when selected or used as an eligible fallback.

Data involved: The bounded company, meeting, document, and conversation context needed for the requested response.

OpenAI

Purpose: GPT model inference when selected or used as an eligible fallback.

Data involved: The bounded company, meeting, document, and conversation context needed for the requested response.

Stripe

Purpose: Subscription billing, payments, invoices, tax configuration, and fraud prevention.

Data involved: Account and billing contact information, payment identifiers, and transaction metadata. Elevate does not store full card numbers or security codes.

Twilio SendGrid

Purpose: Transactional and opted-in product email delivery, event reconciliation, bounce handling, and suppression.

Data involved: Recipient email address, message content, delivery metadata, and minimized correlation identifiers.

Sentry

Purpose: Minimized application error diagnostics after production configuration is enabled.

Data involved: Scrubbed error, release, environment, route, and coarse device/request metadata; not meeting or document content by design.

LinkedIn

Purpose: Optional advertising attribution and signup or subscription conversion measurement through the Insight Tag.

Data involved: Safe conversion page, referrer, general device and browser data, IP-derived location, LinkedIn cookie identifiers, and controlled conversion category or value only after advertising consent.

Meta

Purpose: Optional Instagram and Facebook advertising attribution and signup or subscription conversion measurement through Meta Pixel.

Data involved: Safe conversion page, referrer, general device and browser data, IP-derived location, Meta cookie identifiers, and controlled conversion category or value only after advertising consent.

Other model and content providers

Depending on enabled model availability, Google Vertex AI Model Garden may route inference to models published by Anthropic, xAI, Meta, or Mistral. Public web or news sources are used only for features the customer requests; the final News provider and licensed storage/display terms must be approved before News is enabled for external testers.

Optional measurement

Google Analytics remains disabled without a separate affirmative analytics choice. LinkedIn and Meta advertising measurement remains disabled without a separate advertising choice. These tools receive controlled measurement events and never receive meeting content, documents, company details, email addresses, or Elevate user IDs.

Changes and questions
